Terms & Conditions

Booking an appointment with us requires acceptance of our terms & conditions.

Cancellations

A 24-hour cancellation notification is required. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, we charge 50% of the scheduled treatment price fee. Prepaid missed appointments are non-refundable and re-booked treatments require upfront payment in full.

Lateness

We understand that people run late on occasion, being held up at work or in traffic, etc. However please be aware, that when you are running for less than 15 minutes your treatment will finish at the original time. When you are running more than 15 mins late, your appointment will automatically be marked as a no-show and cancelled.

Gift Vouchers

Please bring your purchased gift voucher with you on your appointment day to avoid any misunderstanding. Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified (usually 12 months) and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. We are not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers and are not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.

Refunds

We do not process refunds on purchased treatments. All pre-paid treatments must be used within 12 months (24 months if you fall pregnant or ill). There are no refunds or any performed treatments.

Treatment Disclaimer

Treatment results vary according to every client’s biological conditions, diet, environmental surroundings, lifestyle and other factors therefore we are unable to guarantee the same treatment outcome results for all clients.
